Terms and Conditions

Before making your reservation at Pátio Floriparadise, it is essential that the guest reads and understands all the rules and policies below:

  • Upon confirming the reservation, a lodging service contract is automatically formed between the guest and the establishment.

  • The reservation will only be confirmed after payment of 50% of the total accommodation cost.

  • Our service is 100% digital, conducted via online platforms, email, or WhatsApp. We do not have a physical reception area.

  • One day before check-in, the guest will receive a message with all the instructions for accessing the space and useful information about the location.

  • The remaining balance of the accommodation must be paid at check-in.

Schedules

**Check-in**: from 3 PM. **Check-out**: until 11 AM.

Schedules must be respected, except for exceptions agreed upon in advance by both parties.

Infrastructure and Use of Facilities

- Free private parking is available for our guests.

- When leaving your accommodation, please turn off the lights and air conditioning. The planet will thank you!

- We do not provide daily cleaning services. For stays longer than 5 days, changes to bed linens and towels can be requested.

All of our accommodations are located on the first floor and are accessible only by stairs.

- All outlets are standard 220V.

Conduct and Prohibitions

  • Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodations.

  • Parties and events are prohibited.

  • The use of portable grills, camping stoves, or items with live flames is prohibited in the accommodations.

  • Loud noise and behaviors that disturb the peace may result in the termination of your stay, without refund.

Responsibilities

  • Any damage caused to the accommodations must be reimbursed before check-out.

  • Damage to the apartment due to misuse will be charged.

  • In case of key loss, a fee of R$ 30.00 will be charged. For parking control, R$ 70.00.

  • Guests must keep doors and windows locked when they are away.

  • Avoid leaving valuables in vehicles. The establishment is not responsible for belongings left inside vehicles.

  • Forgotten personal items will be stored for up to 30 days. After this period, they may be discarded.

Occupancy and Visitors

  • You are not allowed to exceed the maximum number of guests indicated in the reservation.

  • Visitors are only allowed entry with prior authorization from the staff.

  • Children are welcome when accompanied by their guardians.

  • Pets are allowed only upon prior request, payment of the corresponding fee, and approval of the accommodation.

Fortuitous Event and Force Majeure

The establishment is not responsible for failures in public services (electricity, water, internet) caused by external events or force majeure.

Data Protection - The data provided is used exclusively for reservation and communication purposes. Processing follows the General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13.709/2018).
