• Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to check-in: full refund.

• Reservations made less than 30 days before check-in: full refund for cancellations made up to 48 hours after booking confirmation, provided there are at least 14 days remaining until check-in.

• Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to check-in: 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance: no refund.

Cancellations due to force majeure:

If you need to cancel outside of the above deadlines for relevant reasons (such as unforeseen health issues or emergencies), please contact us. We will do our best to assess the possibility of a partial refund or rescheduling, even if this is not mandatory on the part of the establishment.
